Sound Bath Preparation Recommendations
We’re thrilled to welcome you to a Sound Bath at our captivating Divine Sound, Palm Desert location. Our passionate team is dedicated to guiding you through an enchanting meditative journey, rejuvenating and balancing your energy through sound waves.
Your session, lasting around 70 minutes, will be a haven of relaxation. All you need to do is lie back, embrace the soothing sounds, and breathe. Consider setting an intention for your meditation to guide your transformative journey.
For those inspired by their experience, bringing a journal can help capture any insights or revelations that arise.
While we provide plush cushions and blankets to maximize your comfort, we recommend dressing in something relaxed – perhaps yoga attire or your favorite pajamas.
Preparing for Your Sound Bath:
- An eye mask helps to deepen your immersion and auditory focus by blocking outside light. We offer complimentary masks to borrow, and a variety of options if you wish to purchase your own.
- It’s best to avoid heavy meals just before. Let your body digest for a few hours prior.
- Reduce caffeine and refrain from alcohol the day of to aid relaxation and deeper connection to the sound bath experience.
- We advise bringing a water bottle. We also serve complimentary refreshments.
Feel free to document your experience at the start, but ensure your phone is powered off during the meditation to keep the ambiance uninterrupted.
