Each of the seven core musical notes carries a traditional correspondence to one of the body’s chakras. C aligns with the Root Chakra (grounding), D with the Sacral (creativity), E with the Solar Plexus (confidence), F with the Heart (love and compassion), G with the Throat (communication), A with the Third Eye (intuition), and B with the Crown (higher consciousness). We choose each set’s notes with these correspondences in mind.
