Refund And Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

All returns must be accompanied by a proof-of-purchase, invoice, or receipt.

Several types of goods are final-sale and exempt from being returned.

All Sales of the following types of items are final.

Singing Bowls
Crystals
Luminaries
Water Fountains

Any accepted returns will be applied as store credit and will be subject to a 33% restocking fee.

Please do not send purchases back to manufacturers, they will not be able to help you with a return.

Returns must be brought to the store in-person, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.

SOUND BATHS: If you cancel or do not show up for your scheduled sound bath , no worries at all you will receive the full amount as an in store or online credit to use anytime and it never expires. No refunds.

Please text or give us a call if you know you are not going to make it as our space is super small and each spot is coveted and very special. Thank you.

Gifts

If the item was given as a gift and shipped to you, approved returns will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the returned item is received, inspected, and accepted, a gift card will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund or negotiate an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
