My experience with Lady E and her beautiful Crystal Tones singing bowls has been truly divine! She provides the most exceptional customer service I’ve ever encountered on my journey to create a set of crystal singing bowls. Lady E genuinely cares about each client’s vision, going above and beyond to help find the perfect “bowl-mates.” So far, she’s helped me find three stunning bowls, each a perfect match. No other Crystal Tones seller has her patience and grounding presence. Even with my long list of requests—I’m a very particular client!—she has always been incredibly patient and understanding, working within my budget and specific needs. Despite being on the East Coast and not having met her in person, she treats me like a long-time friend. I can’t wait to finally meet her in person, and I tell everyone I know about her superb service. Thank you, Lady E, for being such a divine guide on my sound healing journey!

It was absolutely the right decision, and the universe truly guided me to Divine Sound. The guidance and assistance I’ve received from Lady E have been truly wonderful. This marks my second purchase in three months, after initially buying three Crystal Tones Crystal Singing Bowls. The newly curated set of five crystal singing bowls is just as fantastic and radiates wonderful energy.

Wow! This was an incredible experience – a soulful, spiritual and releasing journey with an expert guide. The studio is just beautiful – as are the instruments and human inside ❤️. Lady E treated us to some Reiki toward the end of the session – I experienced the chakra colors so vividly – amazing! Most unexpected but lovely was receiving a thoughtful gift just for me from Lady E, plus a scratch gift card toward the purchase a bowl (mine was 22% off!! how great is that). Highly recommend.

So so grateful for this divine connection here in the desert! Divine Sound set up a BEAUTIFUL experience for me to find bowls to expand on my current set. She provided an intentional, safe, patient, and loving space for me to explore various bowls and pairings. There are so many things to consider when investing in crystal singing bowls. Divine Sound is a Crystal Tones partner (best of the best!) and has a direct line to find the perfect bowls for your set. I’ve since gone back twice to keep adding and now have the *perfect* 5-bowl set to travel with near and far. Thank you for holding such a lovely space in a stunning setting. I’ll obviously be back…again and again and will share the love with others looking to dive into alchemy singing bowls.

It was love at first sight. The gong I got, made by Grotto Sonora in Italy, is absolutely gorgeous and sounds even better. Deep, rich, and totally mesmerizing.

Lady E was amazing. She took the time to show me how to play it and made the whole experience feel relaxed and welcoming.

If you’re thinking about getting a gong or anything for sound baths, this place has some of the most beautiful instruments I’ve ever seen. They also have a great collection of crystals and offer sound bath sessions too. Highly recommend.

Divine Sound is a temple of warmth and healing. I was blown away by Lady E. She thought of absolutely everything to make my experience feel both intimate and curated. She created a sacred space that was nurturing before I even walked in the door. No detail was spared in making me feel special, seen and heard. We found the perfect alchemy bowl for me and I couldn’t be more thrilled with its quality. But more than anything it was the experience of being held from end to end—with little surprises along the way. If you have a chance to visit Divine Sound and the magical Lady E, don’t miss it. You will leave restored and revitalized. Couldn’t have asked for more and am counting the days until I can go back again to experience the gift of being in this sound temple. I also want to note that there is something for everyone here, whether you are shopping for an alchemy bowl, receiving a sound healing from Lady E or shopping for crystals and other sound instruments. I can not say enough amazing things about Divine Sound and Lady E! I heard about her through a friend at a sound bath on Venice Beach and she has not disappointed! Not only have I found the best crystals, candles and other items through her Instagram live sales, but she is someone who truly puts her heart into all she does. She runs this business solo and does an amazing job. I am headed to Joshua Tree in January to get an in person sound bath and I can not wait! I’ve seen other live sales and businesses selling crystals on I & ETSY but have not found someone that I can trust more when it comes to quality and customer service.
